Demove, situated in Munich is a privately-owned German enterprise specializing in arranging mobility-focused training opportunities for students and professors across Europe.
It was founded by people with the desire to promote educational and training programs.
The company primarily provides courses for professional growth, conducts seminars, study visits and coordinates internships within various companies. All these opportunities are made available through European programs like Erasmus+.
We have established successful partnerships with numerous companies, institutions, schools, municipalities, and organizations.
We are experts in the areas of training and mobility, training in work centres, employability, professional training, entrepreneurship, and the development of digital and transversal competencies.
Many European organizations, such as vocational training centers, secondary schools, universities, public organizations, and associations, trust DEMOVE, to complete their mobility projects and traineeships in Germany and all over Europe.

Training and mobility for students
Getting an education in a foreign country presents a unique opportunity, embracing a new culture, language, and establishing new friendships constitutes a life-altering experience for the better.
In Demove, we provide various options for training in Munich: ranging from internships at companies to German language courses, study visits, seminars, and professional development programs.
Training for teachers
The teachers who participate in training mobilities with DEMOVE have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge by attending professional development courses and seminars, as well as, short training programmes with technical visits in companies. In addition, they are informed about the latest methodologies applied in training and teaching.
Evaluation, certification and final report
In DEMOVE, we prioritize training mobility, and we've a comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and certification system tailored for students and teachers participating in internship programs within companies, along with German courses, seminars, and professional development courses offered by our organization.
